Relationships are everything. And they start with the one most regularly neglected. The relationship you have with yourself. Relationships are complex, messy and can make us sing and cry in the same day.

 

Common Signs : Relationships

In terms of tacking relationship difficulties, the issues are as individual as the people involved. There is no one approach here but working hard to see the difference between what is true and what is your own story can be crucial.

It is a clear path to sad and overwhelming feelings about what you think you have done wrong and penetrating worries about what might come next. It can make living in the present almost impossible.

It is not a path you have to be stuck with. The work is not easy but the sense of freedom and reward are huge. Changing your mindset can help meet today’s challenges and all the others that will come your way.

One thing will always be true. You can’t escape relationship issues so it pays to invest in making these the best you can.
